My name is Stefaan Vossen. I am a Belgian national living in the UK and a chiropractor by professional training. I am married with five children. My wife Angela and friends Kate, Matt and Giulia helped me a great deal in writing, editing and publishing these documents.

I grew up in Central Africa (Congo) and Belgium. My interests are simplicity, human connection, health, food, music and reality.
